This is an additional pattern with side seam pockets, designed to fit all versions of the Margareta dress with side seam. The pockets are discreetly sewn into the side seam, providing both function and that little extra – without affecting the silhouette of the dress.

The pocket opening is 18 cm and is placed where it feels most natural to you. A small addition that makes a big difference in everyday life.

Good to know

The pocket bag is constructed with a 1.5 cm seam allowance.
For best results, it is therefore recommended that you sew Margareta with a 1.5 cm seam allowance in the side seams if you plan to add pockets.

The pocket bag is designed to be sewn with one part in lining fabric and the other in main fabric to reduce bulk and give a lighter drape. It is also possible to sew both parts in the same fabric - your choice.

Suitable for those who are comfortable with adjusting seam allowances and sewing pockets in side seams.
